Our Academics Participated In Webinars On Climate Change Education For Social Transformation
Academics of Western Caspian University participated in webinars on climate change education for social transformation organized by UNESCO-UNFCCC.
The increasing importance of the exchange of knowledge, skills, and values in a world facing a real threat such as climate change, as well as the challenges facing education in this context were reviewed in the webinar. Topics "Why climate change education for social transformation?”, “How climate change knowledge can become action", “Education for post-carbon green economies", “Post-COP27 climate change education: Where do we go from here?", "The time to learn and act for our planet is now!" were covered in the discussions.
