The master’s degree in Legal Regulation of the Economy introduces students to core combined studies in law, political science and institutional economics. Our distinctive approach concentrates on the institutional aspects of regulation, regulatory bureaucracies, interest groups, legislators and courts. The programme is focused on the economic and legal aspects of market regulation, private equity, hedge funds, competition and competition policy and corporate governance and mergers. The challenging course content enhances both theoretical and real-world knowledge.
Students undergo a pre-graduation internship and defend a graduation thesis before they receive a degree. Graduates pursue careers in national and international companies, education, economic intervention agencies, banks, consulting firms, insurance firms, etc.
