United States and Great Britain Scientists Deliver Lectures
Dr. Irina Shingiray, a corresponding member of the History Faculty of Oxford University, and associate professor Dr. Elio Brancaforte, head of the German department of Tulane University, USA, delivered lectures at Western Caspian University.
Following the lectures which covered the topics "Islamization and Nomadic Cosmopolitanism in the Caspian Steppe (9th-11th cent)" and "Literary Depictions of Safavid Azerbaijan (1636-1714)", the lecturers answered the participants’ and students’ questions.
