Students of Western Caspian University are participating in a rally on Lachin-Khankendi road.
On the section of the road under the control of Russian peacekeepers in the territory of Shusha, a protest action of Azerbaijani activists and members of environmental non-governmental organisations is taking place, demanding an end to ecological terrorism by Armenians in Karabakh.
