Series of Courses on Mediation & Dispute Resolution
The Western Caspian University Training Center is launching a series of courses on Mediation & Dispute Resolution that meet the needs of the day.
Mediation is a structured, interactive process in which an impartial third party uses special negotiation techniques to help the disputing parties resolve the conflict.
From July 1st, 2021, mediation is mandatory in Azerbaijan before applying to the court on the following disputes:
-Commercial disputes
-Family disputes
-Labor disputes
