WCU Announces Admission to Ph.D. program
Western Caspian University announces admission to Ph.D. program for 2021. The deadline for submission of documents is July 15th, 2021.
Admission to the doctoral program is carried out electronically. Candidates must register on the website of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan portal.edu.az and choose ‘Admission and registration of students to higher and secondary education institutions’.
