Western Caspian University is cooperating with Kazakhstan University
A memorandum was signed between Western Caspian University and the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering and named after Sh. Yessenov of Kazakhstan.
According to the memorandum, an agreement was reached on cooperation between the universities, exchange of students and academic staff, organisation of joint diplomas, lectures and seminars and other academic areas as well as implementation of joint projects.
