We would like to notify you that in order to register for student status, applicants (including sub-bachelors) must register on the portal.edu.az platform between August 28 and September 6, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. After logging in, they should select the "Student registration to higher and specialised educational institutions" section from the list of services offered.

Failure to register within the specified period will be regarded as the refusal of the applicant (also a sub-bachelor) to be placed in the relevant specialty, and his acceptance order will not be sent to the Higher School.

List of documents required for portal registration:

- Certificate of secondary education

- A copy of the diploma and its supplement (for sub-bachelors)

- Certificate of awarding a sub-bachelor's degree (for graduates of the current year)

- Identity card

- Medical certificate (form 86)

- Copy of military ID for boys or certificate of enlistment from the commissariat (for boys)

Students with privileged status

- The education fee of the children of the citizens who became disabled during the defense of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan; died for the freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan; went missing in connection with the military operation and were declared dead by the court is paid from the funds of the state budget in the amount of education expenses approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 120 dated June 25, 2010.

- The education fee of the persons who received the title of "War veteran" for participating in military operations for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be paid from the state budget funds in the amount of educational expenses approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

- According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Education", the education fee of the members of the martyr's family is completely paid from the funds of the state budget.

- The tuition fees of students, who lost both his parents; who are deprived of parental care or one of their parents has died and the other parent is disabled of group I or II are completely paid at the expense of the state budget.

- Education fees for persons with I and II degrees of disability, as well as children under 18 years of age with limited health capabilities, are paid in full from the state budget.
