A teacher of Western Caspian University participated in an international and national conference
Orkhan Valiyev, professor at the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Western Caspian University, Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science, participated from November 11th to 13th in the VI International Conference organised by the Middle East Institute of Sakarya University.

On November 23rd-24th, he presented his reports in regard to "Comparative Analysis of State-Building and Nation-Building from Ceasefire to Victory in Azerbaijan" at the XXV Republican Scientific Conference of Doctoral Students and Young Researchers organised by the Institute of Education.
