Western Caspian University is pleased to announce admissions for the 2023/2024 academic year in accordance with the "Procedure for Providing the Relevant Document to Persons who have Received Additional Education in Terms of the Content, Organisation, and Direction of Additional Education" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Decision No. 163, dated September 6, 2010).

General Information:
Additional higher education is provided in the form of paid education, based on individual contracts between individuals and Western Caspian University, as well as institutions, organisations, and administrations.
Additional higher education is conducted on the basis of existing undergraduate programmes relevant to the chosen specialty.
Applicants must provide the following documents:
Application
A notarized copy of the document on higher education (diploma and its supplement)
A copy of the employment record book (if available)
6 photos (3x4 cm)
A copy of the ID card
Military service certificate for males or a certificate of military registration at the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription (SHXÇDX) (if applicable)
Health certificate
Graduates of foreign higher education institutions should provide a certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Azerbaijan confirming the recognition and equivalence of their specialisation obtained on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Candidates seeking additional higher education are interviewed at the university. Those who successfully pass the interview are admitted to the appropriate specialties for additional higher education through a contract.

Education: Additional education is conducted in Azerbaijani and Russian languages. The duration of education is determined based on the difference between the previous basic education programme and the new specialisation's basic education programme. Graduates who successfully complete their studies will receive a state sample Bachelor's Diploma.
