Western Caspian University

Western Caspian University Applicant Counseling Center was established under an agreement with the State Examination Center to assist applicants seeking admission to higher and secondary vocational education institutions.

The employees who have undergone special training at the Counseling Center assist applicants in the rules of admission of students, application for admission to higher and secondary vocational education institutions, the procedure for filling and approval of the "Electronic application of the applicant" and the solution of technical problems, competition conditions, issues to be considered while choosing a major.

Applicants can contact the "Applicant Counseling Center" with all questions of interest.

The center operates on a free basis.

The center is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00.
