Western Caspian University has joined a new consortium
The Western Caspian University has joined the consortium “Benchmarking Framework for Online, Open, Smart, and Technology-Enhanced Higher Education " jointly established by Hamdan Bin Mohammed, Smart University of the United Arab Emirates and the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE).
The purpose of the consortium is to establish common concepts and criteria for quality higher education with online, with accessible, intellectual and modern technology, to develop an evaluation system that fully reflects online activities and to ensure cooperation and exchange of experience within the consortium.
The Western Caspian University has also attended the last meeting of the consortium member organisations.
