A wide-ranging discussion was held on the data of the Quality Assurance Center at Western Caspian University
A meeting was held at Western Caspian University on the activities of the University's Quality Assurance Center. During the meeting, extensive discussions were held around the data presented by the Center.
One of the main topics of the discussions was the assessment of the annual performance of teachers. The mechanisms, criteria and impact of this assessment on the educational process were analyzed in detail. It was noted that objective assessment of teacher performance plays an important role in improving the quality of education.
At the same time, the results of various surveys conducted among students and other interested parties were presented. Through the surveys, opinions and suggestions were collected on the quality of the educational process, teaching methodology, professionalism of teachers and the general educational environment.
Based on the presented results, relevant recommendations were made and steps to be taken to further improve the quality were discussed. The participants of the meeting emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring and development of the quality of education.
