Special courses taught by foreign experts at Western Caspian University successfully completed.
From May 1 to 18, special courses on the "Fundamentals of Management" and "Human Resources" programs were organized at Western Caspian University with the participation of foreign experts.
The courses were based on modern training methods and aimed to enrich students' theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
During the training, participants gained comprehensive knowledge on topics such as management processes, leadership skills, human resource planning and effective team building. The lessons of foreign experts based on international experience were important for students both theoretically and practically. At the end of the courses, participants successfully completed final exams and assignments and were awarded certificates. These certificates will give them an additional advantage in their future professional activities.
Such programs, in accordance with the university's internationalization strategy, aim to strengthen students' readiness for the global labor market.
