To formalise your student status, all admitted students are required to complete the registration process on the portal.edu.az platform from September 5 at 11:00 AM to September 14 at 6:00 PM. 

The following documents are necessary for registration: 

Original Secondary School Certificate or Diploma (for undergraduate admissions), with translation 

Passport-sized photos (6 copies) (3x4cms) 

Copy of your ID card 

Military service registration or exemption certificate for males 

Tuition fee payment receipt (100%) 

Employment number and code 

For individuals under the age of 18, it is mandatory to register in the presence of their legal representatives (parents or guardians). In the absence of parents, individuals who have been admitted can register with the authorisation of one parent based on a notarized power of attorney. 

Failure to complete the registration process will result in the cancellation of the applicant's admission to the relevant programme, and the admission order will not be sent to the higher education institution. 

Students facing difficulties during the registration process via the portal can seek assistance from the Admissions Advisory Centre and the Admission Committee, both operating within Western Caspian University.
