Our student has studied the development opportunities of Azerbaijani tourism
The article “The Role of Mountain Culture in the Development of Tourism: The Example of Azerbaijan” by Turan Jabarova, a student at the Western Caspian University, has been indexed in the Scopus database.
In her research, the author examined the role of mountain culture in the development of tourism using the example of Azerbaijan and showed that developments in information technologies have led to innovations in the tourism sector. At the same time, she emphasized that faster dissemination of information and more advertising opportunities on social media contribute to the development of tourism.
In addition, scientific research and development opportunities in the field of mountain culture identified to promote Azerbaijani tourism.
In particular, Shahdag, located in the north of Azerbaijan, assessed the potential of mountain culture within the framework of the winter tourism development.
