AQAE and WCU sign cooperation agreement
Western Caspian University and the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education have signed an agreement for the provision of training services. According to the agreement, AQAE experts will provide Internal and External Quality Assurance training to WCU staff.
The main purpose of the trainings is to acquaint our staff with national and international standards of accreditation process and accreditation rules approved in the new edition to support the establishment of internal quality assurance system based on successful international models and to improve strategic management of the university.
It should be noted that in accordance with the "Charter of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 907 dated December 29th, 2019, organising consulting and methodological support services for the establishment and development of internal quality assurance systems in educational institutions, as well as the development of recommendations and trainings for the accreditation of educational institutions is one of the activities of AQAE.
