Mammadli Mehdi

Mammadli Mehdi was born in 1992. He graduated his secondary education from secondary school 48 in Baku. In 2009 he was admitted to the Department of Political Science at the Western University, Faculty of Political Sciences. During his study he had participated in many local, international conferences and seminars. From September 2010 to December 2011 he was as Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Student Youth Organization of Western University. He graduated from the higher education in 2013 with the title of Honorary Alumni.
Mehdi Mammadli is a public relations specialist at the State Agency for Citizens Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2013, and since September 2014 he works as senior consultant. He is a participant of international conferences, such as the OSCE, the UN, the EU, the OSCE, as well as in international conferences in Germany, Belgium, Russia and Georgia. Mehdi Mammadli works as deputy head of the National Office against the Propaganda of Drugs. He has been  accepted to the Bachelor's degree on Municipal Administration at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2014. During April of 2015 - April of 2016 he has been in the active military service in the National Guard of the special State Protection Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Specialization Areas: Effective public administration, development of public relations, national security and political strategy, political analysis.
