Dr. Irina Tsukerman Delivers Lecture for WCU Students

Our next guest is a human rights and national security lawyer, and fellow at the Arabian Peninsula Institute, as well as the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, Dr. Irina Tsukerman.
She is a member of the Energy, Environment, Science and Technology sections of the American Bar Association.
Dr. Irina Tsukerman delivered a lecture on the topic "The role of technology in international relations".
