Admissions Open: Second (repeated) Higher Education (Second Bachelor’s degree)
In accordance with the ‘Procedure for the content, organisation and issuance of relevant documents to persons trained in any area of additional education’ approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 6th, 2010 No 163, Western Caspian University announces admission for the second (repeated) higher education (Second Bachelor’s degree) in the following specialties for the academic year 2021/2022:

Repeated higher education (Second Bachelor’s Degree) is provided on a paid basis, via individual contracts between enterprises, organisations, departments and individual citizens and WCU. Re-education is carried out based on specially developed educational programs, considering the difference between basic education received by the student and the basic education program of the new specialty, covering the sections of general and specialty subjects in the existing basic education programs for bachelor’s (and equivalent) level.
Applicants for re-education must submit the following documents:
- Application to the rector
- Notarised copy of the document on higher education (diploma and its appendix)
- Copy of employment history (if employed)
- 6 photos of 3 x 4 cm size
- Copy of ID card
- A copy of a military document for boys or a certificate of military registration in the SCNS
- Health reference.
Graduates of foreign higher education institutions must submit a certificate issued by the Ministry of Education on the recognition and equivalence of their specialties in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Interviews are conducted with those who have applied to the University for second higher education. Those who successfully pass the interview are admitted as students in the relevant specialties to receive a second higher education by contract.
Classes are carried out in full-time, part-time and distance education and conducted in Azerbaijani and Russian languages. The duration of education is determined by considering the difference between the previous basic education and the education programme of the new specialty. Those who successfully complete their education will be awarded a state-style Bachelor's Diploma.
Documents are accepted from 01.06.2021 to 16.08.2021.
