Western Caspian University Announces Admissions for Higher Education Programmes for the 2022/2023 Academic Year

In accordance with the decree No. 163 dated September 6, 2010 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Western Caspian University is pleased to announce admissions for the following majors in the field of higher education for the academic year 2022/2023: 

Economics * 

Finance * 

Accounting * 

Management 

Tourism Management * 

Marketing 

Business Administration 

Information Technology 

Computer Engineering * 

Ecology 

Instrumentation Engineering 

Biology 

Forestry * 

Political Science * 

International Relations 

Public Administration 

Psychology * 

Philosophy 

History * 

Social Work 

Design 

Philology 

Translation 

(Note: * indicates the availability of part-time education programmes) 

Admissions for higher education are conducted through individual agreements between Western Caspian University and institutions, organisations, adminiFstrations, and individual citizens in a fee-paying format. The programmes for higher education are based on the existing undergraduate programmes in the respective fields. 

Required documents for admission include: 

• Application form 

• Notarised copy of the document on higher education (diploma and its supplement) 

• Copy of employment record book (if applicable) 

• 6 passport-sized photos (3x4 cm) 

• Copy of ID card 

• Copy of military ID or certificate of military registration for male applicants 

• Health certificate 

Note: Graduates of foreign educational institutions should provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Education regarding the recognition and equivalence of their acquired qualifications within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 

Applicants who have submitted the required documents will be invited for an interview. Successful candidates who pass the interview will be admitted to the respective programmes in higher education through contractual agreements. 

Education is provided in both Azerbaijani and Russian languages. The duration of education is determined based on the difference between the previous undergraduate programme and the basic undergraduate programme of the new major. Graduates who successfully complete their education will be awarded a State Sample Bachelor's Diploma. 

Documents will be accepted from June 20, 2022, to August 31, 2022. 

Documents can be submitted at two locations: Istiqlaliyyet 31 (Old City Campus) and Ahmad Rajabli Street, III Parallel/21.
