Western Caspian University invites you to attend the Online National Scientific-Practical Conference entitled ‘The Challenges of Modern Chemistry & its Development Trends’ on November 21^st, 2020.

The objectives of the conference are identification and classification of the actual challenges & of the research matters of nanostructured, polymeric, organic and inorganic materials, discussion of up-to-date petrochemical topics, and enhancing and strengthening the professional communication between the scientists.

During the conference, the following disciplines are to be covered within thematic sections:

• Nanotechnologies: Development Potential
• Petrochemistry: Perspectives of Oil Refining Industry
• Utilization of Polymers in Microelectronics, Optics & Optoelectronics; Processing & Recycling of Polymers
• Chemistry & Technology of Inorganic & Organic Compounds & Materials.

Scientists, academicians, final year students and postgraduate students, as well as concerned parties engaged in chemical academic research are invited to attend the conference.

Requirements for articles accepted at the conference:

1. Conference language: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
2. Form of participation: report, correspondence (only with the publication of abstracts)
3. Requirements for writing the article: on A4 paper (2.0 cm on each side), Times New Roman font size 14 (size), spacing 1.0, 2-4 pages
4. Title of the article: written in capital letters in the middle
5. It is necessary to indicate the author’s name, first name and surname, academic degree (if any), place of work or study, contact phone, email address
6. Text of the article: introduction, methodology, results & discussion, keywords (no more than 5-8), graphic descriptions, tables should be developed in Microsoft Word and shown between the text, bibliography should be provided in the original language with 5-12 references
7. Annotations should be written in 2 languages, in addition to the language of the article, the title of the article should not exceed 200-300 characters, including keywords
8. Articles and questionnaires about the author are accepted at this email address (conference_chemistry@wcu.edu.az)
9. In addition, those who want to make a presentation must present a slide of their report at least two weeks before the conference with a presentation no longer than 6-10 minutes
10. No fee is required for the conference. A collection of articles and a certificate will be presented at the end of the conference
