Information about education and professional activities:
Alikhan Ilgar oglu Rzaguliyev was born in 1999 in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2005-2016, he studied at school No. 132-134 in Baku, graduated from school. In 2016-2021, he was a student of the Faculty of Air Traffic Control Engineering at the National Aviation Academy, graduated university with a diploma. In 2021-2023, he was a student of the Masters Degree in Business Administration at the Western Caspian University, graduated university with a diploma. In 2021-2023, he was a student of the Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Business Innovation and Sustainability (UBIS), graduated university with a diploma. In 2023-2024, he was a student of the Faculty of Intellectual Property, Patent Science on a professional retraining diploma at the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS), graduated university with a diploma. From 2023 to 2024, he was a doctoral student at the Faculty of System Analysis, Management and Information Processing at the Western Caspian University and is currently continuing his studies at the same university. From 2022 to 2024, he worked as a Leading Consultant Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2024 and onwards, he is working as a Senior Consultant Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2024 and onwards, he is working as a lecturer at the Western Caspian University.
He is the author of about 10 scientific and methodological works.
