Arzu Hajiyeva was born on January 22, 1993, in the city of Dnipro. From 2010 to 2014, she completed her bachelors degree at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Faculty of Law. In 2014, she was admitted to the masters program at the same university. Since 2016, she has been a doctoral student (PhD candidate) at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Customs and Finance. She is currently working on her dissertation.

To date, she is the author of 10 scientific articles and teaching programs. Six of her articles have been published in Scopus-indexed journals, and four articles have been published abroad.

Since 2023, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, Western Caspian University, Baku.

Teaching Areas: Constitutional Law of Azerbaijan, Business Correspondence, International Law, Business Law, Human Rights Law, Tourism Law, Environmental Law, Law and Politics, Legal Geography, Human Rights, Legal Systems of Regional States, Procedural Rules for the Resolution of Disputes in Economic Courts.
