Aydın Qulubayov was born on October 4, 1955, in Baku city. In January 1983, A.M. Qulubeyov earned the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and in October 1994, he was awarded the Doctor of Sciences degree in Physics with a specialization in "Physics of Semiconductors and Dielectrics."
He holds the ÖSYM YDS certificate in Russian (ranked first in Turkey from 2014 to 2018) and a NATO Security Certificate.
From 1977 to 2024, he worked in various scientific and academic roles, including research scientist, senior research scientist, associate professor, and professor, at the Russian Military Industry, the Institute of Applied Physics, the Azerbaijan Academy of Construction and Architecture, the Turkish Scientific and Research Council, as well as at Muğla and Trakya Universities.
The results of Prof. Dr. A.M. Qulubeyovs scientific research have been published in over 50 articles in local and international scientific journals indexed by SCI. Since October 2, 2024, he has been serving as a faculty member at the School of High Technologies and Innovative Engineering at Western Caspian University.
