In 1978, I graduated from the 10 th grade of a secondary school in the village of Kuropatkin, Khojavend district. I hold a higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1986, I graduated from the Azerbaijan Technical University (named after C. Yildirim, formerly AzPI) in Baku, specializing in "Welding Production Equipment and Technology."
Since 1986, I worked at Military Ship Repair Plant No. 23.
In 1990, I was elected deputy of the Township Peoples Deputies Council. From June 1992, I began military service as a battery commander in a military unit "N."
From August 1995, I served as commander of the anti-tank division of military unit "N."
Since July 1997, I served as commander of an artillery division in a military unit "N."
From December 1999, I served as the chief of artillery in a military unit "N."
From March 2006 - I served as a senior lecturer at the Armed Forces Training and Education Center.
From January 2012, I served as a senior lecturer and head of the department at the State Border Service Academy.
In 2012, I completed an officer training course at the Scientific Training Center of the Ground Forces of the General Military Academy of the Russian Federation. Certificate No. РЯ № 00567.
