Farida Allahyar qizi Kazimova was born on August 14, 1980, in the village of Qadimkend, Neftchala district. In 1997, she graduated from Qadimkend village secondary school. In the same year, she was admitted to the Faculty of Philology at Lankaran State University, where she studied for a bachelors degree from 1997 to 2001, and then for a masters degree at LSU from 2001 to 2003.
In 2003, she was appointed as a teacher of Azerbaijani language and literature at the full secondary school in Ashaghy Surra village, Neftchala district. In 2007, she took the same position at the full secondary school in Qadimkend village, Neftchala district. In 2014, she was employed as an Azerbaijani language and literature teacher at “Kaspi” Education Company.
From 2006 to 2010, she was a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Folklore of ANAS (Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences). In 2019, she was awarded the scientific degree of PhD in Philology. Since 2021, she has been working at West Caspian University in the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature.
