From 1993 to 1996, Fikrat Sadıkhov served as a professor at the Faculty of International Relations at the Institute of Social Management and Political Science. From 1996 to 1999, he held a professorship at the Higher Diplomatic College. Since 1996, he has been a member of the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Western Caspian University.
Awarded by the Decree No. 2419 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 7, 2016: the “For Service to the Fatherland” Order, 3rd Class.
By Decree No. 2523 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 27, 2021, F.Y. Sadykhov was granted the Personal Pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
