Gulnar Hamidova was born on December 12, 1996, in Baku. In 2019, she graduated with a bachelors degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).
In 2021, she completed her masters degree at the Faculty of Oil and Mechanical Engineering of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU). Since 2021, she has worked at ASOIU as a laboratory assistant, head of laboratory, and lecturer. In 2024, she worked as a researcher at a Scientific Research Institute. She is the author of 14 scientific publications, including articles and theses.
Since September 9, 2024, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics at Western Caspian University.
