Ph.D. in Economics, Senior Lecturer Kamala Seyfulla gizi Dadashova was born on September 10, 1974, in the village of Kurqaragashli, Salyan district. In 1993, she was admitted to the Faculty of Technology and Design at the Baku Institute of Commodity Research and Commerce. She graduated in 1997 with honors, earning a bachelors degree in "Standardization and Certification." In the same year, she entered the masters program in the same specialty and completed it with honors in 1999.

In 2013, she defended her dissertation in the specialty 5312.01 – Sectoral Economics at the Dissertation Council D01.181 under the Institute of Economics of ANAS, earning the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.

She is the author of 90 scientific works, including 2 manuscripts, 1 monograph, 1 textbook, 1 teaching manual, 1 abstract, 1 methodological guide, 5 curricula, and 78 published scientific articles and theses. Most of her articles have been published in foreign journals, including those indexed in SCOPUS and EBSCO databases.

She is currently working as an adjunct lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Sectoral Economics at Western Caspian University.
