Murad Taghizade was born on June 19, 1991, in Lankaran, Azerbaijan. He graduated with distinction from the Academy of Public Administration in 2012, earning a bachelors degree in Administrative Management. During his studies, he was awarded a Presidential Scholarship in recognition of his academic excellence. In 2018, he completed a masters degree in Management Information Systems at Baku Engineering University.
He held teaching positions at Lankaran State University (2020–2021) and Azerbaijan University (2022–2023). Since September 15, 2024, he has been serving as a lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Management at Western Caspian University. He is also currently employed as Chief Accountant at a private company.
