Rzayeva Nermin Kerem was born on December 9, 1989, in Duyerli village of Shamkir district, Azerbaijan.
From 2007 to 2011, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Azerbaijani Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.
From 2011 to 2014, she pursued her Master’s degree in Azerbaijani Literature at Baku State University.
From 2021 to 2024, she studied as a doctoral student at the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Department of Medieval Azerbaijani Literature.
