Nizami Arshad oglu Huseynov was born on January 1, 1991, in the Lachin district. From 2009 to 2013, he completed his bachelors degree at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality of the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management. From 2015 to 2017, he continued his studies at the same university, earning a masters degree in the specialty "Travel Agency and Tour Operator." His thesis was titled: “Features of Inbound Tourism Organization in Azerbaijan.”
Since 2022, he has been working as a full-time lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Sectoral Economics at Western Caspian University.
