Senior Lecturer Nusrat Salman oglu Babayev was born on July 1, 1960, in the village of Mamirli, Tartar district. In 1976, he was admitted to the Azerbaijan Technical University (formerly the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute named after Ch. Yildirim). He graduated in 1982 with a degree in Engineering and System Technology.
He is the author of 23 scientific articles.
Since 2021, he has been working as a part-time lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Sectoral Economics at Western Caspian University.
