Reyhan Abdullayeva Kamil was born on November 7, 1983 in Baku. She graduated from Baku State University with a masters degree in 2008 and is currently a doctoral student at the Agricultural Research Institute. She is the co-author of 3 reference books, has published 10 articles and theses. Since September 10, 2024, she has been working as a teacher at the Department of "Natural Sciences" of the Western Caspian University.
