Sevinc Nasibova was born on June 26, 1980, in Baku city. From 1996 to 2000, she completed her bachelors degree at the Faculty of History, Baku State University. From 2000 to 2002, she earned her masters degree with honors at the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of America and European countries at the same university.
Between 2002 and 2003, she worked as a history teacher at School No. 116 in Baku. From 2006 to 2014, she served as an educator and computer operator at the Baku Child Rehabilitation Center. In 2015, she successfully completed the Teacher Professional Training Course (Curriculum, Active Learning, Logic) at the Institute of Educational Problems of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2017 to 2024, she worked as a history teacher at the College of Western Caspian University. Since 2019, she has been a doctoral candidate in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Western Caspian University. Since 2024, she has worked as a lecturer in the Department of History at the same university. She is the author of several scientific articles.
