Ulviya Ramiz khudaverdili was born on February 8, 2000 in Baku. Graduated from high school in 2018. In 2018-2021 he received a bachelors degree in Accounting and Audit Faculty of Azerbaijan State University of Economics and graduated with distinction. Bachelors degree title: consolidated report in the digital economy: content, compilation method and analysis of its main indicators in 2021-2023 he received a masters degree in business organization and management from Azerbaijan state oil and Industry University and graduated with distinction. Masters scientific work title: methods of assessment and measurement of innovative potential of regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2024-2025, he worked as an accountant at Eureka High School. Since 2024, he has been working as a teacher at the Department of “marketing and management” at Western-Caspian University.
