International Multidisciplinary Scientific Conference
On May 5, 2026, Western Caspian University will host an International Multidisciplinary Scientific and Practical Conference of researchers entitled “Global Challenges and Perspectives: Ecological and Sustainable Urban Systems in the Era of Digitalization,” dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
The purpose of the conference is to provide a platform for local and international researchers working across various scientific fields to present their research findings, participate in academic discussions, and integrate their research competencies into the broader scientific community.

Guidelines for Authors
Working languages of the conference: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
Thesis Formatting Requirements
- The length of the thesis must not exceed 3 pages; A4 format; Times New Roman font, size 12; margins of 2.0 cm on all sides; line spacing 1.5; paragraph indentation 1.25 cm.
- Keywords must be indicated before the reference list.
- If the material is submitted in Russian or English, an abstract in Azerbaijani must be included at the end of the thesis.
Thesis Structure
- Title of the thesis in uppercase letters, bold font (size 14)
- Author’s surname, first name, and patronymic in bold font (size 12)
- Name of the institution and city in regular font (size 11)
- References in the thesis text must be indicated in square brackets with numbering corresponding to the reference list (e.g., [1], [2]).
- The list of references must be provided at the end of the thesis in alphabetical order and numbered (font size 12).
