A Lecture Dedicated to the Works of Khagani Shirvani Was Held at Western Caspian University
Organized by the School of Philology and Translation of Western Caspian University, a lecture dedicated to the life and literary legacy of Khagani Shirvani was held.
The lecture was conducted under the guidance of Konul Hajiyeva, a researcher specializing in Persian-language literature, Chief Research Associate of the Department of Azerbaijani Literature of the Common Origins and Renaissance Period at the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature, Doctor of Philological Sciences, and Associate Professor.
During the event, ghazals by Khagani Shirvani were recited, and their artistic and aesthetic features were comprehensively analyzed. Students were introduced to the richness of the poet’s language, figurative means of expression, and distinctive poetic style.
Participants also received detailed information about the philosophical essence of the ghazal genre, its poetic language, and its prominent place in classical literature
