A faculty member of WCU participated in the “5th International Staff Week” in Poland
Aynur Akhundlu, a lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Management at Western Caspian University, took part in the “5th International Staff Week” international program held at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland.
The event was carried out within the framework of the program ‘Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training (STT)’.
During the program, Aynur Akhundlu delivered a presentation on Western Caspian University’s international development strategy, its global partnerships, and the achievements attained in the field of internationalization.
She was awarded an official certificate confirming her participation as an international trainer within the Erasmus+ program, as well as a mobility confirmation document.
The program was conducted under the overarching theme “Managing the Challenges of Academic Work in Times of Uncertainty.” One of the key focus areas was “International Didactic Collaborations: Multiple and Joint Degree Programmers.”
As part of the event, extensive discussions and exchange of ideas took place with representatives of universities from various countries on topics such as international academic cooperation, dual and joint degree programs, innovative teaching approaches, and contemporary challenges in higher education.
