Vice-Rector for International Relations
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop direct relations with international scientific and educational institutions within the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Charter of the University
- Sign bilateral and multilateral contracts with international scientific and educational institutions and foundations
- Engage in the preparation of international scientific and educational projects
- Represent the University at international events, conferences, symposiums and meetings
- Ensure the participation of the University's representatives in international events
- Organise the exchange of teachers, researchers and students on the basis of predetermined international agreements
- Cooperate with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Migration Service to streamline the education of foreign students at the University
- Directly supervise the educational and other needs of foreign students
- Conduct research about foreign universities and make proposals to the University administration in this regard
- Ensure the preparation of orders and statistical records of any foreign students.
