This course is a social support project designed to help retirees comfortably and safely use computers, smartphones, and the internet in their daily lives. Classes are delivered in simple language with practical examples and step-by-step explanations.
Course Content:
· Basic computer usage
· Working with essential daily-use platforms such as e-gov, e-social, Asan Login, e-insurance, etc.
· Online payments, online appointment booking, and application procedures
· Using social media on mobile phones
· Proper use of phone functions
· Online safety
· Using mobile banking applications
Required Documents:
· Copy of ID card
· Document confirming pensioner/retired status
One of the following is acceptable:
· Certificate of pension/retirement issued by the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF)
· Electronic certificate (extract from e-sosial.az)
· Application form for admission to the pension program
