Elkhan Rahimov began his higher education in 2005 at HULT International Business School in London, United Kingdom. He completed his Bachelors degree in 2009, and continued his studies at the same university, earning a Masters degree in 2010. In the same year, he also studied at the City Law School, University of London, pursuing legal studies for one year.

During his studies at HULT, he worked in 2008 as a staff member of the University of London Union (ULU). Since 2010, he has worked as a translator and private English language tutor. In addition to English, he speaks several other languages including Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, French, Bulgarian, and German, which he acquired during his time living in various countries.

Since 2018, Elkhan Rahimov has worked as a lecturer at Western Caspian University, where he has taught various courses such as:

• History of International Relations

• Theory of International Relations

• Theory of Politics

• Political History

• Conflictology

• Political Science

• Contemporary Security, and others.

He has participated in a number of international academic conferences as a speaker. Currently, he works as a lecturer at the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Western Caspian University.
