Elvin Khudaverdiyev was born in 1999 in the Sheki district. From 2005 to 2016, he completed his full secondary education. Between 2016 and 2020, he studied Political Science at Sumgait State University. He graduated with honors, defending his thesis titled “Oil Policy of OPEC Countries in the Modern Era.” From 2020 to 2022, he pursued a masters degree in “History and Theory of International Cultural Relations” at Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University, successfully defending his dissertation titled “Multiculturalism Policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Modern Era and the Realization of National Interests in the International Arena” with high marks.

In 2022, he was admitted to the doctoral program in “General History” at the Institute of History and Ethnology named after A.A. Baku khanov, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. He is working on his dissertation titled “Models of Multiculturalism in Western European Countries in the Modern Era: Global Challenges and Perspectives (1991–2022).”

Since 2023, he has been working as a lecturer in the Department of History at Western Caspian University. He is the author of 7 scientific articles and has published a book titled “Azerbaijans Multiculturalism Policy.”
