Guliyeva Naila Mammadaga was born on August 21, 1976 in Baku. From 1983 to 1993, she received secondary education at school number 39. From 1993 to 1997, she received a bachelors degree at the Faculty of Chemistry of Baku State University. From 1997 to 1999, she continued her masters degree there (the title of the scientific work: "Some features of the triple co-polymerization of maleic anhydride, styrene and allylphenyl ether"). From 2000 to 2003, she was a postgraduate student at the Department of Chemistry of High Molecular Compounds of the Faculty of Chemistry of Baku State University. In 2008, she successfully defended her scientific work "Third co-polymerization of maleic anhydride, styrene and allylphenyl ether" and received the title of Candidate of Chemical Sciences. He worked as a teacher at the Department of Chemistry of the State University of Azerbaijan in 2010-15, and at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2014-17. Since 2018, he has been a teacher at the Department of Natural Sciences of the Western Caspian University, and since 2020, he has been the head of the Department of Natural Sciences of the Western Caspian University. He currently works as the dean of the School of High Technologies and Innovative Engineering.
