Qorxmaz Mustafayev, son of Nuraddin, was born on August 10, 1991, in Sheki, Azerbaijan. From 1997 to 2008, he studied at Secondary School No. 17 in Sheki. He pursued his higher education in Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Qafqaz University from 2008 to 2013.
He began his academic career at Qafqaz University in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, he continued his academic activity at Baku Engineering University. Since 2020, he has been teaching in the SABAH groups of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, and from 2021, he has also been teaching at Western Caspian University.
In addition, since 2017, he has been actively involved with the Talent Management Department of the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, contributing to the organization of national subject Olympiads and various republican competitions, as well as the preparation of national teams for international science Olympiads.
