He was born on April 4, 1987, in the village of Bashlibel, Kelbajar district. In 1993, he settled with his family in the village of Qoshakend, Ismayilli district. In 2004, he graduated from Qoshakend village secondary school and was admitted to the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics at Baku State University.
He earned his bachelors degree in 2008 and his masters degree in 2011 at Baku State University. At the same time, he also graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
Since 2009, he has worked at "Azerenergy" JSC, at the "Azerbaijan Scientific-Research and Project-Search Energy Institute" LLC, holding positions such as leading engineer, deputy head of department, head of department, and senior specialist, and continues his professional activity there.
Alongside his professional work, Sakhavat Mirzayev has been involved in scientific research and teaching. Since 2015, he has worked as a lecturer and senior lecturer at various universities in Azerbaijan. Currently, he works as a lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Management at Western Caspian University.
He has presented at many international and local conferences, is currently pursuing doctoral studies, and is the author of 3 theses and 8 scientific articles.
