Conference: ‘Heydar Aliyev's Legacy in the Development Strategy of Azerbaijan’
Western Caspian University organised a multidisciplinary Republican scientific-practical conference on ‘Heydar Aliyev's legacy in the development strategy of Azerbaijan’ dedicated to the 98th anniversary of Nationwide Leader Heydar Aliyev.
In his introductory speech at the plenary session of the conference, Chairman of the WCU Board of Trustees, Professor Huseyn Baghirov spoke about the great leader Heydar Aliyev’s unprecedented, titanic activities in science and education and noted that today, as in all areas, new challenges are emerging in the education sector in the face of global trends.
Member of Parliament, Associate Professor WCU Aydin Mirzazade, Professor Fikret Sadikhov, Nurlan Nasirov and other speakers enlightened the conference participants with historical moments in the life and work of the national leader.
In general, more than 120 scientific reports covering various fields of science were heard at the conference in 6 scientific sections. At the end of each section, scientific discussions were organised and participants’ questions were answered.
