The XXVII Multidisciplinary Republican Scientific-Practical Conference of University and Masters students on "Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani Science", dedicated to the 99th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev was held at Western Caspian University.
In his opening speech at the plenary session of the conference, Professor Huseyn Bagirov, Chairman of the University Board of Trustees, spoke about the exceptional services by national leader Heydar Aliyev in the development of science, education and culture in Azerbaijan. The Great Victory in the 44-day Patriotic War under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev also made Heydar Aliyev's deeds a reality.
Professor Shahlar Asgarova, eminent scientist, made a scientific report on "The future will come with science" and spoke about the great leader's unparalleled scientific and political activity.
Further speeches were given by teachers of the Western Caspian University - Adigozal Mammadov "Moscow period of Heydar Aliyev's political activity", Orkhan Valiyev "Ideology of Azerbaijanism. The director of Baku secondary school No. 4, as well as the second higher education student of Western Caspian University Farid Agaliyev spoke on the topic "Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani science".
As the conference continued its work, a total of 99 scientific reports were heard.
