Environmental Research Centre

The Environmental Research Centre at WCU oversees research and educational activities in the environmental sphere.

Directions:

· To raise awareness about environment issues and their management within and beyond the University

· To improve and innovative, practical, and environmentally friendly energy resources

· To implement different research studies about environmental topics.

The Research Centre brings together University faculty members from the school of Natural and Applied Sciences, Social Sciences and Economics by conducting research projects based on interaction between different areas and the environment. Students actively engage in excursions, sharing ideas, writing relevant essay for competitions, etc.

We are optimistic that the Environmental Research Centre at WCU will collaborate with global research institutions to expand study and practical areas in the near future. The Centre actively engages in seminars, conferences, and webinars for students, University staff and the public.
